Shipping & Delivery Policy

Turnaround
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Delivery times will vary depending on your location within Australia.

Shipping Destinations
4x4Equip will only ship to customers Australia wide. Delivery time for standard shipping is 7-10 business days. If you have not recieved your order within this time frame, please Contact Us or call 1300 911 136.

Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight and size of your product. Before finalising your order, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, at this point you will be given the choice to opt out of the purchase.

Customer Service Policy

4x4Equip is committed to providing exceptional customer service. We will endeavour to answer enquiries within 2 business days, however during unexpected busy periods this may be extended, but be assured we are working hard to get back to you in a timely manner.

Back Orders 
We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item or to place on backorder.

Refund/Return Policy

Should you recieve an incorrect or damaged item we will happily exchange this for you. If in the event that you have a change of mind or chose the incorrect product we are unable to offer a refund.
